feeling diabetic

i guess it just hit me now na pwede ako maging diabetic or may diabetes nako?!

bakit?!

i eat either turon, banana-q, or bilo bilo with sugar (fried) everyday for my mirienda.. baka mamatay nako bigla nito! hahaha! funny pa, last night paguwi ko, super gutom ako... i ate my gulay, konting rice, the meat roll, and my favorite nowadays "itlog na maalat".. di ko nga lam pero for 3 straight days i've been eating it... straight ah! tapos i went na sa room, to find myself eating yema! ang sarap, super tamis, i'm craving for sugar parati! and then i was tempted to buy my favorite pint of ice cream! i lvoe to try magnolia's cookies and cream which is the best daw, or any selecta ice cream! basta di nestle! ewak ko bakit ayaw ko nestle, pati yung mga line of products nila, lahat ayaw ko! hahaha! biased lang siguro.

well, im happy now kasi i got these astig na ferrari key chain from ana. i neeed to beg pa for that - no not really, mabait lang talaga si ana to give it to me. yesss... wala lang adding it to my few collection of keychain from all over the world, kahit asia pa lang ang meron ako! but still will collect. sayang anam yung na-start na!

well... im looking forward to things to do during the weekend:
- still havent watched mr and mrs smith! we (aggie and i) were trying to catch it sana last sunday pero nasunog nga pala ang theater mall.. ang malas naman namin! so i just ate 2 gonuts donuts! hahaha! babuyan ang kapalit!
- will watch war of the worlds this saturday with jeff - nakakatawa, he havent watched any film since jac left. wala daw siya kasama, kaya sasamahan namin siya nila lester! and meron siya baka isama na friend... i think christopher chan yung name! dont really know him though...
- will eat out dis friday nyt sa good earth sa gb. havent tried it pa pero all of them were saying na its good daw. i hope its good nga! it better be worth it from all the traffic and hassles we are all gonna go under kasi its friday night! hehe!

* re: our dinner on friday - tracy said na bumabalik daw ang pagiging top of heirarchy ko! haha! what can we do.. at least here ar ethe people who confirmed to me their attendance on friday: cheryl, alvin, joel, obee, monica, kate, mic (louie???), tracy... ewan ko who else will come eh! ---- it all started when they were trying to figure out kung papano gigimik ang buong barkada na magkakasama kasi mga iba ayaw. .. and the one connection they found was me! hahaha. nakakatawa, pakulo to ni john eh! well, thats why i texted all of them last week to reserve their friday, they better show up sa friday kundi patay sila sa akin! joke!

addendum to RESTED :)

hahaha! i just remebered that in laiya, we occupied 2 rooms - lester and i shared one room, while jeff, marc and colin shared the other. we were trying to warn colin about how marc can snore, i mean SNORE... sabi nga ni jeff, sinasadya daw namin na humiwalay ng kwarto because we all know that he snores real bad... well i think he is the only one who doesnt know that he snores! hahaha.

well, the kwento goes like this: during my brithday last january, we (jeff &jac, kat, aileen, marc, lester and me) went to tagaytay highlands para tumambay. not actually tambay - swim, eat, sleep, etc... yan ang birthday ko na i spent half of the day inside the car, we had lunch at RSM, they also gave me a blueberry birthday cake! super favorite ko yun,. i think everyone thats really close to me knows that! hahaha! pero the best part was dinner, we ate sa bag of beans - ang ganda ng place, i like the whole motif of the place. and yung food pwede na, masrap naman although it was my first time to try yung sheperds pie!

we then went to pontefino hotel to sleep. and dahil lahat kami ay pagod na and we a re all trying to get some sleep... pero kamalas-malasan naunang nakatulog si marc kaysa sa akin, jeff, jac and lester. at ang masaklap dun, di kami makatigil sa kakatawa kasi ang lakas ng hilik niya. i tried to open the lights near the dresser cause i heard jeff and jac laughing na... pag-open ko i saw lester (who is beside marc) naka-upo and was so irritated na he cant sleep. eh ako na yugn pinaka-malayo kay marc.. kaya nakipag exchange na lang ako kay lester since di siya makatulog, kawawa naman he was driving the whole day eh. at sa super ingay namin dahil nagtatawanan kami, nagising din siya which is much better, para mauna naman kaming makatulog.

well, i just remebered, it was soo funny! sa super funny, muntik na namin gawin hilik ang name ng yahoogroups namin... hilik@yahoogroups.com - pangit! buti na lang hindi na! hahaha

rested

i was on leave last friday, and so were my friends. we went to balai in laiya, batangas. it was everything i imagined it to be, quiet, relaxed, and serene. those are my requirements for uber nice vacation.

my ultimate dream:
i had a bottle of mineral water, sun screen lotion, shades, mobile phone... i had everything there, but i forgot to bring something to read, so that made me view just the ocean and the people around, although there aren't too many people there. it was still okay.

i had fun snorkeling. it was the first time, i tried to do such a thing. iba-iba ang kulay ng fishes, parang yung nasa finding nemo! hahaha. we also brought bread and feed them, all the fishes are right infront of your face trying to eat from the bread. although, i was conscious that the fishes will go attack me, so i threw the bread somewhere so they could all go and get away from me. it was okay to view them, but not really to touch them. it was one of the experience i cant forget... ang galing!

i aint got sleep and more

i have no idea why every sunday evening, i cannot go to sleep easily. it takes me forever to be able to sleep. i'd always feel that i'm still half awake. and after 4 hours of so-so sleep, i woke up to this dreadful day!!!!

dreadful because every part of my body is aching, my right leg hurt, i can't even walk properly. the left part of my neck also hurt, because maybe i slept at the wrong side of the bed, i feel my neck kinda stiff. also, my left arm is in its worst condition... because i played badminton for 2 hours last sunday morning. i played after about months and months of staying idle with no exercise at all. i hope i get back to do it regularly. as of now, my head is also aching, because of that lack of sleep. i cant seem to focus... and being on a meeting from 10am to 2pm... and a 2pm to 4pm briefing wasnt just the right thnigs to do. but well, i gotta do it.

well, on with lighter stories.
last friday... after the office, i went to pick uop my cousin (duds) from her house to go to greenhills and watch batman. i really am not thrilled to watch the movie, but that was our plan. so we sticked to it. we arrived in greenhills at about 630pm. we've waited for them (ags,teej,lin,adu&leo) until they arrive about 830pm! --- and we joked that duds is my new best friend, because we talked about everything. i mean everything...

we watched at around 950pm, and finished about 1220am. i was so sleepy already, coz i woke up really early. batman was not as bad as it seemed to be. i kinda liked the movie, i enjoyed it naman compared to "a lot like love" which is still the pinaka-pangit na movie!!! (sori kaye and julet) but ashton just can't do it!

the saturday that was... hahaha! cant really talked about this cause nothing happened. i just accompanied my aunt (tita bot) in a village and taught her to drive. not really taught, but she practised with my supervision. grabe muntik na kaming mabangga sa isang naka-pak na car, buti na lang nahatak ko yun ng mabuti kundi patay kami. we are going to be banned from that village forever. hahaha! we drove around for 2 hours.

that evening.. we went naman to one of my aunt's house (tita dawna), we ate dinner there and had some games after. well, coco was the new 10,000 peso chihuahua she bought. he was so cute, 4 months old and his color is chocolate brown. mukha siyang imported siyempre 10 kiaw ba naman. pero worth it. hahaha! well, we also played red dog after. i lost about 50 bucks... hahaha! so funny! when we weren't betting yet, i was winning everything, but when we started to bring out a couple of bucks, i started to lose. ironic noh! okay lang at least 50 lang...

well... father's day was supposed to be the day that im looking forward to but my dad was sick, so he just stayed home. i was deliberating whether i would go with my mom and brother to have dinner at the heritage hotel or i would stay home with my dad and sister. i finally decided to stay home with my dad and sister and eat chicken joy for this joyous occassion. hahaha! i mean its only logical for me to stay home, because my uncle was treating dinner at heritage. --- but the story here is, they are about 11 people having dinner, the billed total to about 20,000 pesos. who would be in the right mind to spend that amount of money for one dinner. even if i was rich, i would never spend that amount of money for a meal. maybe 10k, and the other 10k to the charity, but never the whole 20,000! its just not the right thing to do in times like these. i was just so amaze at how can one spend that much money. --> maybe its the fact that i am already working, that made me realize how hard people work just to earn money. and some accumulate them for future use, while some just spend them on meals.... that is whati call a happy meal! :)

on being such an a-hole

Well, sino ba tong asshole na to?! sino pa? eh di ako...

Why me? Here's why...

Here is how the story goes...Lately, rom (college friend) and i are exchanging emails about her relationship (because she's already in the states), which was okay - boring. haha! But what made the exchange of email exciting, was when i found out that she's crushing on this guy (igor)... Although it is not serious, fun lang pag-usapan and she is sharing it naman with me. According to her, she's looking forward to go to work becuase of this guy. well, that's how my friend described the feeling, and of course, i was happy for her at di na siya masyadong na-stress from having two jobs and di na siya super lungkot dun... that i started asking about the info's... of course, she would email me back about how she was doing, and what happened that day, and how the guy is into him, and that she is feeling a bit guilty (siyempre may boyfriend siya) and stuff like that.

---> being such an a**hole, i emailed her that it is okay. i mean it is just getting to know each other and it is not like they are getting married or something. i mean, whatever makes her happy at the moment is fine with me. I know that she is not happy in her current state kasi eh, so its much better to incorporate some fun naman. So siyempre as friends we talked about igor and his upcoming birthday, na-invite siya out -- dont get me wrong here, she was the first one to talk about the guy. it is just that i was the person she was talking about it with...well, the ironic part is,his boyfriend hinted that something was gonig on - (ep ep, they havent even dated, di natuloy yung mga labas nila ni igor ah!) so the boyfriend checked rom's email, and found out about the exchange of our conversation. Duh-huh! 1st lesson that we all can learn about this is that you should never give your password to a friend, even worst to your boy/girl friend... Next, the boyfriend, read all our mails, which was of course hurtful for him - that is why im such an asshole! hahaha. but in my defense... 1.) i said there that i like him (for her) - that it is just about having fun and dating around. it is not serious stuff.. but i do understand the feelings of the boyfriend, i know he was hurt. that is why im so sorry about it. its just that i am totally supporting my friend. its just a little thing, crush lang yun! so dont take it seriously, as if naman may mangyari talaga sa kanila. at the same time, im sorry for saying those words. it is not the right words to say to a friend who's trying to ask for help..the funny thing also is that they are suppose to get married this september, and the boyfriend, dahil nataranta because wala siyang makausap, talked to the elder sister - (after he can't reach the girl, the other sister and even me) imagine he tried to call me din!!! now the family knows about their plan to get married, and the family doesnt approve of it, my friend is way too young (21?!).. now they even like igor better!!!

how ironic can this story get?!
well, im just waiting to the next chapter or what will happen tomorrow...-- the point here is that i am such an asshole and i am sorry for the words i wrote. it was my mistake na konsintihin ang friend ko.. but for me, the important thing is that my friend is happy. as long as she is happy, i am happy for her. even if she gets married to the guy... as long as its her choice. It's fine with me. Okay lang, kahit naaawa ako sa boyfriend niya, i'm romina's friend first!
